Hello, I'm Mrs. Gaetane Garcia and I will be your child's Kindergarten teacher this year! I am very excited to meet you all at our Kindergarten Orientation on Tuesday, August 7th in room 424. You and your family can come between 11:00-1:00 OR 4:00-6:00. You DO NOT need to attend both times. I encourage you to bring any school supplies you may have with you on that day. The only school supplies that should be labled with your child's name are the headphones and rest mat. You will be able to purchase a school agenda planner during that time. Agendas are mandatory for your child, and will need to be purchased at the beginning of the school year! I look forward to this amazing school year with your child!! 

A Little About Me...

I graduated from the University of Central Florida with my major in Elementary Education and my minor in Psychology in 2011. I have been at The Villages Charter School teaching Kindergarten for four years (this is currently my fifth year). I have a 1 1/2 year old daughter named, Ireland and a 7 year old daughter named, Athena with my wonderful husband, Ryan. We live in Belleview, and I have lived in Florida my entire life. On my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, fishing, playing games (board games and outdoor games) and Jeep-ing. 

I absolutely can't wait to start this amazing school year with you and your child! See you soon!! :)
