*August 7th – Orientation from 11am-1pm or 4pm-6pm 

*August 9th - First Day of School 

Dear Families and Students,      

       Welcome to our 2nd-grade class!  I am looking forward to an awesome year together!  This is my fifth year teaching at The Villages Charter School and my ninth year teaching. I taught fifth grade for 4 years before coming to VCS to teach second grade. I have one daughter. She is 2 and a half and full of energy! 

     I am so excited to meet everyone at Orientation on Tuesday, August 7th from 11:00am-1:00pm or 4:00pm-6:00pm (our classroom is in Room #330).  Please bring any school supplies you have to Orientation (no labeling necessary) along with $6.00 to purchase your student's agenda/planner.  I am looking forward to a fantastic 2018-2019 school year!

**Just a quick note - you will not need to send in the 1-inch white three ring binder for my classroom.
