Health Opportunities through Physical Education (1.0 High School Credit Course)

Course Description

The purpose of this course is to develop and enhance healthy behaviors that influence lifestyle choices, student health, and fitness.The Students will combine learning principles and background information in a classroom setting and will demonstrate the physical principles learned.  Students will split their time between classroom activities and physical activities in the weight room, gym, and outdoors. 

 

Supplies 

Students will need to come to class every day with a charged Chromebook and headphones. PE Uniform and tennis shoes are required during activity days.

All work will be posted in the Google Classroom

 

Tests

Tests will be taken on your Chromebook during class. The students will be given multiple ways to prepare for each test during each unit.
